Candle Care Guide
Candle Care Guide
To ensure a safe, long-lasting, and even burn, follow these simple candle care tips:
1. Trim the Wick
Before each burn, trim the wick to 5mm to prevent excessive smoke, soot, and uneven burning.
2. Let It Burn Evenly
Allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunnelling and ensure an even burn throughout the candle’s life.
3. Burn Time Matters
Avoid burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. This helps prevent overheating and extends the candle’s lifespan.
4. Keep It Safe
Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, pets, and children. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
5. Extinguish with Care
Use a wick dipper or snuffer to put out the flame instead of blowing it out to reduce smoke and keep the wick intact.
6. Store Properly
Keep your candle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to preserve its scent and quality.
7. Reuse & Repurpose
Once finished, clean out the jar and give it a second life—perfect for storage, décor, or a new candle refill.
Enjoy your candle and let it fill your space with warmth and tranquility.
